周磊, 男, 中国农业大学动物医学院教授/博士生导师,中国农业大学畜禽疫病诊断研究中心副主任。主要从事猪病毒性传染病研究,研究方向集中于猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)病原学、分子流行病学、感染与免疫、致病机制和新型疫苗创制等方面。结合猪场临床生产,熟悉PRRSV、ASF和PEDV等重要病原的诊断和防控措施。在 PNAS、Cell Mol Life Sci、PLOS Pathogens、Emerging Infectious Diseases和Journal of Virology 等国外权威期刊发表SCI论文近 50篇。其中EID文章入选全球兽医学文章最高引用率top100目录。现为生猪产业体系疫病控制室研究人员、畜牧兽医学会养猪学分会副秘书长,中国动物疫控制中心疫病净化评估专家,《中国兽医杂志》和国外期刊《Intervirology》副主编,《One Health Advances 》科学编辑,《Virus Research》 编委。并开设有猪兽医科普公众号VETMOOC。
博士毕业后受国外知名药企研究项目资助赴美国佛吉尼亚理工大学从事博士后研究,导师为美国科学院院士Xiang-jin Meng教授。期间利用DNA shuffling技术和动物感染模型开发具异源保护性的新型广谱PRRS疫苗,其成果(本人为发明人之一)进入PPA程序(美国专利申请号61/700,912)。
主持“高等学校全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项资金资助项目”, 国家自然科学基金青年项目/面上项目”,十三五/ 十四五重点研发项目子课题,“大北农青年学者研究计划”,以及多项“企业横向合作项目“。参加973研究项目,国家自然科学基金重大和国家自然科学基金重点等多项PRRSV相关的基础研究项目。曾任2016年International PRRS Symposium学术委员会成员,第25 届国际猪病大会学术委员会秘书,并作为欧盟PRRSCon项目和美国NC229项目联系人之一,负责团队国际合作事宜。
承担《养殖场生物安全》、《兽医微生物学》《动物传染病学》《畜禽疫病防治》和《预防兽医学专业seminar》的教学工作。所撰写案例《猪繁殖与呼吸综合征》于2017年入选中国专业学位案例中心兽医专业学位案例库。
