个人简介: 中国农业大学教授,教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划入选者。1991年毕业于兰州大学生物系生物化学专业,1994年获河北师范大学细胞生物学硕士学位,导师孙大业院士。1995年赴美深造,于2001年获美国麻省大学分子和细胞生物学博士学位。2001年至2008年在美国宾夕法尼亚学医学院做博士后、高级研究员。在博士后期间,分获宾西法尼亚大学基因治疗研究所和美国国家健康研究院(NIH)博士后基金。2009年4月起受聘于中国农业大学动物医学院,组建成立分子细胞生物学研究室。近5年来先后主持承担“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目、国家自然科学基金项目、农业生物技术国家重点实验室自主研究项目、留学回国人员科研启动项目等。以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Nature Cell Biology,Gene&Development,Oncogene,Journal of Biological Chemistry,J. Virol和DNA Repair等国际知名刊物发表论文多篇。近5年共发表SCI论文19篇,累计影响因子79.482。以第一发明人获得发明专利一项。
研究兴趣主要集中在细胞应激的信号转导及分子与病理机制,具体方向包括:1) 比较肿瘤学与细胞信号转导调控(Comparative Oncology & Signaling Transduction),主要以禽类和伴侣动物多发的肿瘤性疾病为模型,与人类肿瘤疾病进行比较医学方面的研究,侧重于研究肿瘤发生和发展的信号转导机制及调控途径。2) 模式病毒与宿主相互作用机制(Herpes virus & Host Interaction),主要以人类和动物模式病毒(如疱疹病毒HSV-1和PRV等)为模型和载体,研究病毒感染与宿主间的相互作用机制,为动物和人类肿瘤疾病的基因和药物治疗提供载体。3)亚细胞核体(PML-NBs)的功能与调控。4)化学小分子的抗肿瘤和抗病毒活性。
