潘保良,中国农业大学动物医学院 教授/博导,中国畜牧兽医学会兽医寄生虫学分会 副秘书长/常务理事。

研究领域

主要从事外寄生虫生物学、寄生虫病防治新技术研究和抗寄生虫新兽药及新制剂的研制。研制出奶牛专用抗寄生虫新药——乙酰氨基阿维菌素原料药、注射液、浇泼剂,获国家新兽药证书;制定出乙酰氨基阿维菌素原料药质量标准、注射液和浇泼剂质量标准,被农业部颁布为行业标准。建立牛奶中乙酰氨基残留检测方法,被农业部和卫生部颁布为国家标准。乙酰氨基阿维菌素是一种可应用于奶牛且不需休药期的广谱抗寄生虫药,有利于提高我国奶牛寄生虫的防治水平,减少因寄生虫感染给奶牛养殖业造成的经济损失。 

利用固体分散体技术和混悬剂技术,开展抗寄生虫长效制剂的研制,长效伊维菌素注射剂的研制获得Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation资助;研制出阿维菌素长效注射液(油悬剂),已被投入生产使用;研制出微环境改良妥曲珠利固体分散体,并制备出混悬剂。长效制剂可以有效防止动物寄生虫的反复感染,减少动物用药次数,方便用药。参与吡喹酮纳米注射剂的研制。利用原位凝胶技术,研制吡喹酮原位凝胶注射剂。

开展蜱、螨等媒介节肢动物的生物学和在疾病传播中的作用研究。在国内外率先建立起成熟可靠的鸡皮刺螨实验室养殖系统,开展鸡皮刺螨聚集机制(聚集信息素)、卵发育机制、抗药性研究、疫苗研制、共生菌与鸡皮刺螨互作机制和防治新型药剂研制,为我国鸡皮刺螨的防控提供新型技术支撑。

发表学术论文110多篇,其中SCI收录论文41篇;参与制定出部颁标准4项。参与编著/编译著作20部。“奶牛专用广谱抗寄生虫药-乙酰氨基阿维菌素的研制”获大北农科技成果奖。“偶蹄家畜重大和常发疫病防治关键技术研究与推广”获“北京市农业技术推广”一等奖。

教学工作

本科教学——参讲2门国家精品课程《兽医寄生虫学》(网络课程)和《兽医寄生虫学》(本科生课程)。《兽医寄生虫学》(网络课程)获北京市教学成果二等奖和中国农业大学教学成果一等奖,教学团队被评为北京市高等学校继续教育优秀教学团队和北京高校继续教育重点建设教学团队。

研究生教学——主讲研究生课程《畜禽寄生虫病防治技术》和《兽医寄生虫学试验技术》。《兽医寄生虫学试验技术》被列为中国农业大学研究生重点建设课程。
