目前主要从事药理基因组, 毒理基因组,微生物相关宏基因组和生物信息学方面的研究;发表SCI论文70余篇,主要研究成果论文引用1500次以上,第一作者及通讯作者文章20余篇,受邀在国际动植物基因组会议(PAG)上做学术报告4次,目前担任Frontiers in Microbiology和Frontiers in Livestock Genomics等杂志编委;参与出版著作3章节,主持国家重点研发计划课题1项,共主持参与项自然科学基金5项,2018年获得北京市科技新星。
