张素霞,吉林省吉林市人,博士,教授,博士生导师。中国畜牧兽医学会兽医药理学与毒理学分会理事,中国农业大学动物医学院药理毒理教研组主任和农业部兽药安全监督检验测试中心(北京)副主任。主要从事动物性食品中兽药残留检测关键技术、生物样品前处理技术、兽药残留消除规律、兽药代谢产物鉴定等方面的研究。

近几年主持及参加科研项目10余项,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目“生物样品中磺胺类药物的荧光偏振免疫分析”,十五国家科技攻关重要技术标准专项子课题 “兽药残留检测及残留消除研究”,十一五国家科技支撑计划食品安全关键技术项目子课题“兽药残留的免疫亲和色谱净化技术研究”,国家863计划专题课题“莱克多巴胺等重要兽药残留快速免疫检测技术及产品研究”,国家973计划课题“受试化合物在畜禽体内的代谢研究”,国家标准和农业行业标准的制订项目等。

发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇;参加申请国家发明专利12项,已获授权6项;研究制定国家和行业兽药残留检测方法标准32项,已发布国家标准21项,行业标准12项;已指导博士、硕士毕业生20余名;2009年获中华农业科技奖三等奖(第八完成人),2006年获国家科学技术进步二等奖(第九完成人),2005年获北京市科学技术一等奖(第四完成人),2001年获北京市科技进步二等奖(第四完成人)。
